Sync Cohorts with Clevertap

1. Generate a Private API Key​

  1. Log in to your Nudge Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Secret keys in the sidebar.
  3. Click on Create new secret key.
Important

Save your API key securely. You won't be able to view it again after closing this dialog.

2. Add a New Webhook in Clevertap​

Go to the settings section in CleverTap and add a new webhook

3. Configure the Webhook for Nudge​

When setting up the webhook in Clevertap, use the following configuration:

  • Name: Nudge
  • Request Type: POST
  • Request URL: https://main-api.nudgenow.com/api/integration/cohorts/clevertap

Header Parameters​

Enable Header Parameters and add the following:

  • apikey: Your private API key (required for authorization)

4. Create a Journey in Clevertap​

  1. Go to Journeys and start a new one.
  2. Choose your desired Cohort.
  3. Add a Webhook Stream component.

Webhook Component Configuration​

  • Service Provider: Select the webhook name (Nudge) you created.
  • Click Go to Editor.
  • Add a custom key-value pair:
    • cohortName (string): Your cohort name. Ensure the name is unique.

5. See Cohorts in Nudge​

Navigate to the Users section in the sidebar of your Nudge dashboard.
You will see the newly created Cohort imported from Clevertap.

Success!

Your integration is now complete. You can start using your Clevertap cohorts in Nudge.
